Member accounts are created by approved member organisations. You are responsible for credential security; PIRT may suspend or terminate accounts for breach.

Site content is licensed CC BY 4.0 unless otherwise noted. Member organisations retain copyright in materials they contribute. PIRT and the conference name are trademarks.
5. User submissions
By submitting content (abstracts, photos, nominations), you warrant you have the right to do so and grant PIRT a non-exclusive licence to publish, with attribution.
6. Conference registration and payments
Stripe processes payments. Cancellation: ≥30 days before — 80% refund; 14-30 days — 50%; <14 days — 0%. Free transfers up to 7 days before.
7. Third-party links and services
We are not responsible for content on external sites linked from this site.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The site is provided as-is. PIRT does not warrant uninterrupted operation and excludes liability for indirect or consequential loss to the maximum extent permitted by law.
