ANNUAL MEETING
The 25th Annual Meeting of the Pacific Islands Roundtable for Nature Conservation took place 15-17 November 2024 in Apia, Samoa. Members reviewed progress on the 2021-2025 Framework + agreed priorities for the 2026-2030 refresh.
PIRT-coordinated 5-day workshop on Pacific Island access to Global Environment Facility funding. 22 PICTs represented + UNEP/CBD secretariat partners.
ANNUAL MEETING
The 24th Annual Meeting brought 16 PIRT member organisations to Fiji to coordinate the 2024 Framework refresh consultations and confirm the New Caledonia bid for PIC11.
An important workshop hosted by the PIRT Nature Culture Working Group on Pacific languages and nature conservation.
The 26th PIRT Annual Meeting brought together members of the Pacific Islands Roundtable for Nature Conservation in October 2023.
